Users may choose between two different series of SWIR Line Scan cameras:
1) The Manx series of TE-cooled, high performance line scan SWIR cameras offer the highest available line rates in a SWIR line scan camera.
- Based on a TE-cooled, Exosens/Xenics proprietary InGaAs linear detector
- Manx SQ: 12.5μm x 12.5μm square pixels, offered in 512 x 1, 1024 x 1 or 2048 x 1 formats
- Manx R series: 12.5μm x 250μm rectangular pixels, offered in 512 x 1, 1024 x 1 or 2048 x 1 formats
- World’s fastest SWIR line scan camera with line rates up to 256 kHz
- Low noise, low dark current, excellent dynamic range
- CoaXPress interfacing
- Fast, reliable streaming of data.
- Power over CoaXPress (PoCXP)
- Versatility with 4 gain modes
- Suggested Applications (a partial list):
- Manx SQ: Silicon wafer inspection, TFT screen inspection, food and agricultural produce sorting
- Manx R: Suitable for RAMAN spectroscopy, spectral-domain optical coherence tomography (OCT)
2) The Lynx series of non-cooled, compact, cost-effective line scan SWIR cameras.
- Based on a non-cooled Exosens/Xenics proprietary linear InGaAs detector
- Lynx SQ series: 25μm x 25μm [512 x 1] | 12.5μm x 12.5μm [1024 x 1 or 2048 x 1]
- Lynx R series: 12.5μm x 250μm rectangular pixels, offered in 1024 x 1 or 2048 x 1 formats
- On-board image correction (NUC), bad pixel replacement (BPR) and gain control
- High speed line scan imaging up to 40 kHz [10 kHz (for the 2048 x 1 version)]
- CameraLink or GigE Vision interface | GeniCam compliant
- on-board image correction (NUC), bad pixel replacement (BPR) and gain control
- Suitable for cost-sensitive applications: machine vision, semiconductor inspection, food sorting, spectroscopy, optical fiber monitoring, LIDAR sensing and spectral-domain optical coherence tomography
