One-day on-site visit by a Headwall Photonics Applications Engineer for preventive maintenance, operational verification, software guidance, applications support, refresher operator training, and technical consultation. The visit may also be used to review system performance and laboratory workflows at the customer’s discretion.
Note: The MV.Scan NIR-EC64 laboratory system does not require periodic factory calibration for normal operation. Routine spectral calibration is performed by the user as part of the normal hyperspectral imaging workflow through the collection of white-reference and dark-reference images. This optional Applications Engineering visit is offered in response to the University’s request for a preventive maintenance/calibration service and may be used for preventive maintenance, operational verification, applications support, refresher training, or consultation at the laboratory’s discretion.
